TopMark Funding is currently open to taking on new capital to support additional growth. The company is profitable and expecting to cross $10 Million in annual revenue in 2019. The target raise is set at $1 Million with the use of proceeds being to 1) restructure and retire $500K of existing capital to longer term notes with amortizing tails vs. bullet payments and 2) secure $500K of additional working capital to support sales team expansion and system upgrades. Promissory notes are unsecured, require a 5 year commitment with a 12 month fully amortizing tail, and are paying 12% APR cash current. Minimum investment is set at $50,000, Maximum at $1 Million. Accredited investors only.
