Prior to having a substantive conversation we will need to complete the standard investment formalities. Our process starts with 6 simple steps that every investor must take.

1 Accredited Investor Questionnaire

You will first need to confirm that you are an Accredited Investor by downloading and completing our Accredited Investor Questionnaire.

2 Non-Disclosure Agreement

You need to download and sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement. This allows us to share detailed information about our investment opportunities with you.

3 Investor Profile Questionnaire

Complete our Investor Profile Questionnaire. This will provide us with some information about who you are and the type of investments you are interested in.

4 Scan Your Documents

Scan and prepare to upload your documents.

6 Investor Interview

Once we receive your completed documents we will schedule an investor interview, where we can provide detailed information about our current investment opportunities and answer any questions you might have about making a commitment.
